“We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time.”

“Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. “Clean room with a new big bathroom. The pool was big and the garden is very nice. I don’t know why some reviewers write that its dirty, wasn’t our experience at all. Maybe other rooms are different but ours was very clean and excellent value for the Price.”

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the carpet It make me a bit disappointed."
