“Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. “Au coeur de la jungle tropicales, un cadre incroyable, des cottages bien à lecart les uns des autres, une vue depuis les chambres à couper le soufle, des gents serviables gentils et pros, checking rapide et repas savoureux et copieux, dommage qu'on ai pas pris plus de temps labas, on y retournera promis ! PS: une bonne voiture est nécessaire pour s'y rendre, ce nest pas facile d'accès, cependant, le trajet vaut largement la peine.”
