“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“We stayed at Yowie for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We absolutely loved it and will certainly stay again. The property is in a great location. There was a parking garage nearby and we could also usually find street parking nearby. The lobby was clean and inviting, with interesting artwork. Our room was large, clean, minimally but beautifully decorated. The shower was huge and the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were high quality. The couch and bed were large and comfortable.……

“This property was very accommodating to our hockey team. The staff were courteous and went beyond what I am used to. Front desk helped with little things like getting ice. Security was proactive in dealing with any behaviour issues with kids that were having a bit too much fun. Great place to stay. ”

“Was only here a night but will be back! TV casting is my preferred method so I love that it came with that. iPad for controls & everything you need info on. Bathroom is beautiful! Bar cart could use a couple more options but 10/10. Be mindful that this is stairs only & The Ben is on the 4th floor!”

“In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.”
