“We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. “It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“The hotel staff were amazing and made it a pleasant experience. Location is amazing. Walking distance from several areas and really close to the Reading Market. We had breakfast on the hotel restaurant one day, the buffet was way over priced and the options extremely limited. The food didn’t taste good. I had better breakfast on Holiday Inn’s before. ”
