“Ray was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and warm. Didn’t realise it was separate from the bathroom although that was in the description. No sign of a hot tub? Would be better in the summer to enjoy the deck.”

“This was a great base camp for exploring the Catlins. Beds were clean and comfortable, although I felt I had to wipe down the kitchen before using it. The property was amazing! Beautiful views of the estuary, a peaceful place to walk in the mornings, and good view of stars at night. ”

“The check in was not only excellent but we were given quite a lot of information on the area. And then showed the room and an explanation on everthing in the room.”
