“Obviously pinball machines were a massive hit....bringing out our inner child! So many board and card games that couldnt possibly get to play....needed another week. Very comfortable with lots of special extras. Lovely pool and area. Special access to enter house made it so easy....not worried about everyone having a key. Great communication with host prior to and during stay. Highly recommended! ”

“Communication was not good at all. Our check in was suppose to be at 3pm. We did not recieve any information about how to check in or get keys ect till aroud 4.30pm. They messaged us and told us check in will be at 7pm due to a late departure. We had driven from brisbane and planned to arrive in Townsville around 3pm. The last thing we needed was to wait around for 3 hours in a car with a baby that was already sick of being in a car for long hours at a time. When we got there we lifted the doona……

“Very good location if you have a loved one in the mater. The cleanliness could be improved, there was food still stuck on cutlery, coffee stains in cups, hair in draws in bathroom and previous guests soap left in shower with hair on it. The stick vacuum was also disgusting, not emptied, wet contents inside the barrel and smelt horrible. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs was perfect with an infant and the gated balcony. Host was great with communication when we found a few things lacking and arranged supplies to be dropped off straight away. Enjoyed using the pool! ”
