“Maybe I didn't know what I was signing up for. I thought I was hotel on a apartment converted to a B&B. The surrounding neighborhood gives off ghetto vibes. Its probably not an exceptionally dangerous neighborhood but it doesn't feel safe either. ”

“This was the first time I rented a home away so it was a learning experience. The property owner was nice. What I didn't like was not seeing the outside surrounding the apartments. I was not impressed with the outside. You need to let renters see everything before they make their selection.”
