I booked two rooms at Golden Tulip, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. In one of the rooms, the door card scanner was broken — although it was still functioning, it was clearly damaged. The other room had a very unhygienic toilet; when I used it in the morning, water overflowed after flushing, which was extremely unpleasant and unsanitary. Additionally, the bedsheet in the second room was torn, the shelf was unstable, and the water kettles in both rooms were dirty and had not been properly cleaned.
Overall, the quality, hygiene, and maintenance of the hotel were far below expectations.
I have pictures available for proof if needed. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
