“Hotel is nice. Parking is bad. The guard at to let you into the hotel parking lot is never there.Had to wait for him to let you in or out. Hotel is located into a complicated scheme of small narrow streets and is hard to get to it by car or park your car in the front door to check in.Front desk polite but not very friendly. No valet service. Breakfast very good. Restarant waiters polite but not friendly. Dinner was good. Very expensive hotel. I feel that you don't get what you paid for……

“This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.”
