“Prior to arriving, and after arrival, communication from the friendly staff was very informative and helpful. The location is on a very high end, exclusive part of the Island. The property is very well kept. The pools are immaculate and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. There's a really nice beach a very short walk at Prickly Bay, with a neat beach bar/restaurant. The rooms are very well appointed accordingly for either short or longer term stays. Their security system is excellent;……

“Stay at this location for carnival with two of my friends and we had a great time. We had some issues with the AC in the rooms and the property manager worked quickly to rectify it. She really went above and beyond for us throughout this visit. Our apartment was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. I would gladly return to this property.”

“The property is spacious and clean. All bedding and towels are freshly laundered. It also has a large fridge freezer and washing machine which added to our comfort. The beach is very near along with local bars. The area is quiet and requires a car. We would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.”

“The property is nestled on top of a beautiful hill with a stunning view from the wide balcony. The flat is in very good condition with a new and well-equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. But you need a car. Public transport is not impossible but it’s tedious having to wait for 2 buses to get to St George’s. Other than that the host was very friendly and caring, giving us mangoes and other fruits from her garden. Thank you Yvonne, you made our stay memorable !”

“Kaibus Place met all of the needs for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids 7-17 years of age)! The apartment (3 bed /2 bath) provided more than enough sleeping space and entertainment space so that we all could find comfort in spending time together or alone. With a front and back balcony for relaxing, everyone had a place to unwind from the day's events. The apartment was well equipped for our stay. Everything was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed walking to a more secluded beach……
