“International brand lives up to its standards. I'm currently staying at various hotels in Denmark with about the same price range, not sure about the very expensive ones, but many of these hotels are either lacking mini bar, slippers, tissue, or very small shower place with shower curtain that doesn't block out the water at all. All that common annoying issues I found in Denmark, none were happening at the Hilton hotel in Faroe Islands. It was like "finally I can really get some rest here" and……

“We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre……

“Very comfortable hotel, clear and large room, reception is helpful, general service is above standard. Since the hotel location on the hill, hence it provide a wonderful review no matter from the room or restaurant, but if you didn't rent the car and prefer by walk to down town, it will require around 30 min. to down hill and around 45 min. to up hill. Besides, strongly recommend to book the KOKS for dinner as they will provide an excellent food and service to you which the chef will introduce……

“I stayed here for almost a week, and the location is a great base for everything I wanted to do in the Faroe Islands. Close to the bus station, ferry terminal, and town center with shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and breakfast is great! I also loved having coffee or tea available all day. Staff members are lovely and helpful. The downsides for me were the terrible pillow and tiny shower, and staying on the second floor with loud people above me (not the hotel’s fault they stomped on……

“The property is clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. However, it does seem to be a bit of a work in progress. The furnishings are sparse and some of the bathroom hardware was broken. Also, the lack of outside signage can make it difficult to find, especially with the renovation work on nearby properties.”
