“1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression……

Only complaints were the only table was outside so dinner on the lounge and the main bed was very firm. Maybe the garage space could be better used? Very comfortable otherwise. Thanks for having us. ”
