“对这家酒店，唯一的遗憾是住得太短了！我们到达已经很晚，酒店的中国妹子一直电话指导路线，非常热心，开门的音乐、红酒等等营造了特别好的氛围。如果再去墨尔本，一定拨出时间来静静的在酒店待两天。”

“This Rydges was absolutely lovely. Clean, modern and rooms were thoughtfully designed. All the little details were thought of. Microwave, small fridge, kettle, coffee machine including milk frother. The bathroom had good lighting and a magnifying shaving mirror and the little essentials like shower cap and ear buds. Staff were helpful and friendly. It could be that I just missed seeing it, but there wasn’t an easy entry with zero stairs. There was a ramp but still 2 steps at the end which is……

“Beautiful area to get away to”

“Lack of staff at reception for check-in. I checked in and being asked to obtain a credit card, when I am getting in, someone come to ask to solve a problem. I have been waiting patiently for few mins but not solved yet. And I drive the car out to wander around the site for another 20 mins and return. The staff is still talking to that person to solve the problem. I don’t want to be rude but I spent more than enough time in waiting for someone to cut me out and finish the check in finally at 8pm.……

“The Luna suite at Aquila Nova was the perfect base to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday. Arina greeted us just as we arrived and took us to the suite, and was an excellent host, making our stay extremely memorable. This is a great property, with a very large, lush garden with multiple levels, and the stay was very tranquil as a result. From the large room to the spa to the comfy bed to all the various amenities, including the fresh bread and juice and wine provided, made……

“The room was clean and tidy and was serviced each day. The only downside is that the rooms are situated above the main bar, so you can hear the chatting & music, so if you are a light sleeper this is not for you.”

“沒有住酒店的感覺，每天無人清潔房間，杯碟要自己洗，垃圾要自己清理，攞苦來辛。前台由朝到晚都沒人，check out 亦無人理，全部自己搞掂，全講不上有任何服務。”
