“Everything was great! Except a small feedback, upon check in, perhaps the cleaner just cleaned up the room, so in the master room toilet there is some bits of water on the floor that did not dry up totally. That may be hazardous to cause guest to slip and fall, esepcially if there are seniors. The kitchen utensils are not enough for a bigger group of guests. Other than that, the rest are great!”

“酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。”

“Only thing I feel is lacking is some coffee and tea supplies. And also more towels would be good. Only 6 bath towels. Some face towels and small hand towels would be good. And some detergent pods for laundry . Water is provided so that is good. ”

“The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.”

“Family Room is spacious with 1 double & 1 single bed. Location is walking distance to CIQ, shopping malls and many eateries. No towels and only 1 set of shampoo & bath gel for 3 pax when we checked in. So we have to request for them.”

“On the plus side, the apartment was very clean and spacious with a good view. On the downside,there was no toaster for European travellers, also the small hotplate provided did not work. ”

“A little difficulty checking in, but sorted rather quickly. Property was well presented, clean and tidy. We did have a problem with ants, they got into some food.”
