“Great place to visit!!”

“a nice cosy guest house in a nice neighborhood, for a fair price. room is clean, bed is confortable, bathroom has room for 2 people walking distance to some quality restaurants, and the wildlife park safe, clean and green neighborhood friendly owner and staff. perfect place to stay one or two nights some minor flaws which didn't bother us - no information outdoor to help finding the gate (may be a pic of the gate would help) - wifi network is strong in the main house butnot in the……

“I am a picky American traveler who has stayed in multiple hotels in Kisumu. The Pinecone has excellent value for its cost. The staff are very accommodating and tried hard to address any issue that arose. Specifically, the restaurant took a long time to prepare food but that it is because each meal is 'made to order'. It took nearly an hour to receive my soup order, but I when it finally came, I could tell it was made fresh and was absolutely delicious. The next evening, I placed my dinner order……

The next day we ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels . We ask 3 times duringthe day for this. Still.not leaned at 10.30pm gave up.asking . Supposed to stay 3 nights i cancelled the 3rd night still.no Internet. Really not s good stay ”

“First day we didnt have AC in the room, it was a bit hot... then the following day they moved us to another room but the there was construction on that side... it was really noisy ”

“There are two Metropak Hotels. The images show Breweries one which I presume is modern. I ended up in the other one but was too tired and wary to go to the Breweries hotel ”
