“Personable, clean.. Godly service ”

“The only recommendation i could make would be to have Keurig coffeemakers in the room. The coffee in the rooms is pretty bad and although they offer 24 hr coffee in the dining area, it's not convenient when you've just gotten out of bed. Not a deal breaker as the accommodations are clean and housekeeping is good providing fresh towels and refilling coffee supplies daily.”

“The pool was visibly dirty. We stayed 2 nights. My Sis really wanted a nice pool. This was not nice. The overall hotel was nice and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast eggs were not good at all. Don't taste like scrambled eggs. Other than that, the breakfast was good. Just a bit disappointed. ”

“The best thing about the Berlin Grande Hotel is that it's very clean. Also I appreciate how quiet it was...we slept well!”

“Great cabin and enjoyed our stay only disappointment was the grill was gone and so was the firewood, both which we were reading would be available. We work on the road and was looking forward to grilling up a hot meal, we did use the kitchen instead so no big deal. We hope to use this cabin again in the future! ”
