“Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are……

“This is absolutely the best property to stay with the beach basically at your front door. I love not having to go up and down stairs to the private pool this place also offers. There are several eateries within a 5 mile radius. It’s a beautifully quiet end of the beach. This house has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation.”

“Fall break trip with all the family was perfect at this location! Plenty of room for all 12 - kitchen was supplied with everything we could think of for cooking when we needed to - easy check-in- house is located close to beach so easy walk for the little ones- pool easily accessible if needed -large deck for relaxing early morning or after long beach day! “We were a little nervous about the house being a duplex because our family of 8 can be loud sometimes but never once did we hear the other side of the house. We even ran into them one morning going to get sunblock so we took the chance to ask if we were being loud and if we were apologize but they said they hadnt heard us either. The view was stunning! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances we could need. We already miss this home. We can not wait to come back!”

“This house has amazing views and the fishing either off the decks or downstairs is great. It is a beautiful house with spectacular views and right on the ocean.With that said, there are some things that really detracted from the property. The cookware looked like something they threw away at a garage sale it was pitiful. Burned pans, teflon pans with half the teflon scratched off, etc. If you set these at the curb, no one would pick them up. The stove downstairs was a cheap very basic white one……
