"I go down to Arkansas every few months and I've been to a few of the hotels in the mt home area and flippen and this one is the cleanest has the nicest staff has a 9 foot deep indoor pool that also has steps so for those who have trouble walking can get in easy the rooms are nice always clean I enjoy ..."

"Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!"

"I would say this property has so many options when it comes to cabins that fit all your needs. They are family friendly. It was perfect for me and my mom's birthday trip. The cabin was very clean.
