“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 7 dans une maison bien équipée et située dans un endroit très calme et propice à la détente. Malheureusement la plage accessible à pied depuis la maison n’est pas nettoyée en cette période de l’année ce qui oblige à prendre les voitures pour accéder à celle du village voisin.”

Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und ist auf alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen sofort eingegangen. Wir standen regelmäßig in Kontakt. Er hat uns Bustickets, Taxi organisiert und hat sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmals für die……

“Nice but simple house with front garden and direct view/access to the sea, rocky beach. Perfect to have airco in bedrooms (two weeks 36 Celsius in daytime). Whole house has mosquito screens and Spyros took good measures against insects. Bathroom to small but we managed. Be aware that the house is in Schinos, and there is a mountain to overcome to reach Loutraki town (45minutes drive) nice area with some nice restaurants, supermarket a few minutes away and…hardly any non-Greek tourists”

“Really nice location very quiet and green with pine trees all around. The sea is very clean too. The property needs renovation. There are several loose cables and broken switches that are dangerous for children. Also there is a very loud compressor that starts up often and woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. Overall the property doesn't justify the price but there's good potential with the right renovation. ”
