“The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby……

The most hospitable staff, very perfect delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, comfortable, cozy and clean rooms, pool, gym, amenities etc.,also convenient area near the Cochin airport also with Indian street food around area like banana fritters and chi tea just blocks away, nice tuk tuk and taxi services, and the guest / residence were also very friendly, and it was fun to enjoy a snack or beverage with them at……

“Easy access to airport..Beautiful rooms and very clean with all the amenities. THE interior of the hotel is very beautiful with Unique decor....Staff was friendly and helpful.. The pool was clean and very nice to use since it was very hot day.....The selection of food in the dining area was superb..We would stay here again..”

The first staff I meet really was rude, did not say hello or smile or ask anything, he just walked behind the counter at my arrival, waited for me to tell my business there. He asked for more documents than he needed, and was pretending to read them and pretending to take copy of them. The other staff was very nice, they helped me order food that was delivered at my room, cus nearest restaurant was 2 km away, and it was very dark outside. ”
