“Strong smoking odor at my room and the clerks refused to change the room despite my smoking-free note (twice) before check-in. very noise fan at my restroom and the microwave was broken. The knife in the kitchen was not well cleansed, oil remained left from the last victors.”

"The room was separated from the next room with another door which was locked, still kind of unsecured feeling.
Noisy & heard conversations of next door.
The toilet was part of the entire room, no separation at all, surpised me."
