It was spotless and had all the games and entertainment you can imagine from pool and poker tables to a hot tub and workout room. Very well maintained and host was responsive to all questions. The only thing to be aware of is the bedroom walls are partitions and do not go all the way to the ceiling, meaning sounds carry. Earplugs and eye masks are provided and help significantly. “Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well stocked (but bring your own decaf if you drink it). I was surprised to not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the unit had everything I would expect.
