Renovated apartment in a recent and secure residence located near the Place de Crète, 10 minutes walk from the city center, the train station, the hospital and Lake Geneva.
You will find on site restaurant, bakery, tobaccos, press.
You can enjoy Thonon-Les-Bains, its port and its beaches, but also Evian-les-Bains at 10km, Geneva at 30 km and Lausanne 30 minutes by boat, ski resorts like Chatel, Les Gets, Avoriaz at 30 minutes.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is composed of an entrance hall, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom, living room with sofa bed (for 1 adult or 2 children) overlooking the terrace and the garden.
Access by a gate with code lock is also available.
You have a parking space in the residence

Annonce frauduleuse.

Cette location n'a jamais été mise sur ce site. C'est une fausse annonce. Par contre, j'ai bien payé sur un site estampillé Abritel. J'ai porté plainte. Merci de faire le nécessaire pour enlever cette annonce , car apparemment, d'après les réseaux, ce cas n'est pas rare puisqu'il n'y a pas de vérification de votre part
