“The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. One problem was that they were platform beds and the mattresses did not fully cover them so the corners stuck out further than the end of the mattresses and was a shin killer. There is a train track just across the street so it was noisy all night.”

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……
