“Check in was a breeze. The fact that you can have a boat delivered to the property floored me. It was hassle free. Our mini vacation before school starting back was amazing, and I attribute it to the location of the house, the amenities provided with the house, and the fact that we could enjoy the lake. The hot tub was so enjoyable. We had two wonderful days on the lake and would definitely stay at 106 Summer Breeze again. ”

“We had an absolute fabulous time here! The house is spacious and clean and had a well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook there the whole time. My feedback for future renters: plan on cooking your meals in. There are not a whole lot of restaurants around you. We stopped at Costco in Lexington on the way in a bought food for the whole week. The boat dock is an adventure! I don't think I can express how steep that hill is to get down to it! I happened to have walking sticks that we use……

“We, family of 6 w 4 adult children and our small dogs spent a week here while at a family reunion. Nice at the house it had everything you’d need in the kitchen n baths including float to relax in the lake. And what a view. The challenge is getting here. The last 5 miles or so takes about 20 mins of hairpin turns up and down the tn hills. Use your gps overall we had a blast”

“My boys and I stayed here for a few days. We loved playing in the lake off the deck and going around with the kayaks!! Host was very accommodating and made sure we had all we needed! She is very easy to talk to and will make sure your stay is pleasant ”

“Beautiful area, views were incredible, clean comfortable spaces. Easy to get to & from. The host was so sweet & helpful answered all our questions in a timely manner. Plenty of space for our adult family of 4 & even had games available for evening entertainment for those not watching TV. Oh & the fireflies were plentiful! ”
