“We came in for a quick stay for my son's soccer tourney. It was absolutely perfect and was the perfect place to rest between long days. The carriage house was even more spacious than I anticipated and was perfectly appointed. l'd stay again without hesitation!”

“Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price.”

“We really enjoyed staying in this charming apartment. The weather was cool and rainy, but we were warm and cozy here. There was plenty of room and tastefully decorated. Outside, the Amish farmlands could be viewed. It was close to everything, especially Lapp Valley Farm ice cream! We would like to stay here again sometime. Tony and Catherine”

“This was more than just a place to stay, it was truly an experience. The attention to detail was truly remarkable. All of the customizable lighting, the themed rooms, and every amenity provided was in a very clean and organized format. The pictures and description cannot truly articulate how much fun it was to just enjoy every aspect of our stay. The host is the best we have ever encountered, with the communication and guided tour upon arrival, Randi is second to none. We just returned from here……

“This place was just the quiet retreat my husband and I needed. It was perfect for a short get away from every day life. It was cozy and very comfortable. Great host! Cautious, the stairs are steep going in and out but the hosts did a great job keeping up with salting then for us. Would definitely come back!!”

“I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out……
