“Excellent Property”

“Channel Cottage was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The location is incredible and there is plenty to do within walking distance for the whole trip which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The location made it so easy with the dogs and there were so many great little touches (dog shower outside for after the beach, spare dog bits). The cottage was exactly as described and so well equipped - we unfortunately didn’t have any hot water and no one answered the main phone (didn’t feel it……

“It was our first time ever experiencing Glamping and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it than Green Haven. My wife, our little Chorkie and I were staying in Barn Owl and it was perfect. We were actually around 40 minutes early for our check-in at 2pm but Keeley and Glen made us feel so welcome, like long lost friends, we immediately felt at home. We were given a tour of the site, including the spotless shower and toilet facilities, the beautiful gardens and stunning well stocked……

“We were very impressed with the appearance and the novelty factor of staying in a chapel. As elderly ladies we found the stairs rather difficult especially as some had no handrail. Would have been useful to have grab rails in the shower cubicles. But we so enjoyed our stay marred only by the unsummery weather and the fact that I (age 86!) sprained my ankle!! But we are both tough women and it had little affect on our great enjoment. Thank you.”

“On entering found this cottage clean and airy, nice size laundry room with plenty of space to store our shoes, bags etc, good size under counter freezer and clothes washing facilities, downstairs toilet and wet room handy for my slightly disabled father. lovely garden with plenty of seats, in fact found plenty of everything, ie cups, china ware, cutlery, coat hooks on practically every door and plenty by front door, my husband, myself and my father were very impressed with the whole set up.
