The Neighborhood:
Nestled among rolling mountains, the neighborhood exudes a peaceful, almost timeless charm. Pine and fir trees line the winding roads, and the air is crisp and clean, often carrying the scent of wildflowers or woodsmoke. Homes are typically cabin-style or rustic modern, many with large windows or decks designed to take in the sweeping views of the water and surrounding peaks.
This is the kind of place where mornings are quiet and misty, with the pond often still as glass, reflecting the sky. Outdoor living is part of the culture—residents enjoy kayaking, hiking, fishing, or simply watching wildlife from their porches. Despite its remote feel, the community is close-knit and welcoming, with a small-town feel that’s both charming and down-to-earth.
