“I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. “The house was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The views looking out over the Bayville cove and Mill Neck were very pretty, and sitting out by the pool was enjoyable. We had a very nice and friendly greeter meet us when we arrived and she helped us choose from the many fine restaurants in the neighborhood. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”

“We had the pleasure of staying here for our daughter’s college graduation. Marlen was gracious and accommodating throughout the entire process. The home was immaculate and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed daily walks to local coffee shops, a bagel shop, and a market. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend. ”

“Got into town late and was surprised but the lack of furniture but we’ll make do. Made sure the beds were clean, and they were unlike the remainder of the furniture couch and 2 ottoman. The shelving in the homemade closet had rat poison on it so that was a no go. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus.
