“To a Canadian, any hotel that leads with a snowbound shot of the property is okay in my books. Good location (right beside the train station, close to a couple restaurants, Indian takeaways and pubs), reasonable price, decent amenities, and continental breakfast. Main shopping area a 10 minute walk away. ”
“Room comfortable, unfortunately the room key did not have the entrance key attached which required assisted admission on return to the Hotel. The bathroom extractor fan worked but no light. Also no reading lamp available.”
“The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights.
Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. ”
“All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition and clean. For a hotel all meal and drink prices were reasonable.
Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft.
The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.”
“Had a lovely stay for two nights, Mark and Jayne were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent everything cooked and presented well. Area was nice and quiet and we had two meals at the pub which were great, although would advise booking as we saw quite a few people turned away. Would thoroughly recommend thanks for a lovely stay!”
“The bedroom was small but clean & comfortable. The outside space could have been swept as it was very warm & great to sit outside for a pre-dinner drink. Breakfast choice was good although the orders both mornings didn’t quite get right. Great location for the train station only 10 mins taxi ride. ”

“I was there for a night on business, the apartment was close to the town and had guides for the area, had Netflix, a fridge and breakfast items as well as a coffee machine. Very spacious large”

“Cosy, comfy room. Excellent management, really friendly, and accommodated us as vegans brilliantly. Great location. Shower pressure little low and couldn't get on the wifi, but deffo not dealbreakers. Would recommend, would go back”
