“It wasn't a quiet property, it was oddly incredibly loud. I think there's something wrong with the HVAC or boiler because it was so loud and shook the doors that both bedrooms couldn't sleep. It wasn't too hot or too cold but the HVAC was constantly kicking on. We couldn't sleep during our entire stay here. Also no tissues or kleenex available. Otherwise great stay. ”

“My family and I had a great stay at the cozy home. There was more than enough space for all of us and a wonderful view. The host was great at communication regarding our questions and concerns. Overall a great place and I would be happy to stay again.”

“It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker”

“We can't say enough positive things about the experience we had at the farm - we enjoyed interacting with the animals SO MUCH, and also enjoyed the comfortable igloo tent, bathroom and kitchen space. Pam is an EXCELLENT host and taught myself and my kids so much about her place and the appropriate ways to interact with the animals. She even dealt with their sometimes sassy responses (we are working on it). I would love to come back again and have told many friends about it too! ”

“There was a party of 10 that stayed and there was room for all. The many bunkbeds was a wonderful thought. They throroughly enjoyed the kayaks too. The view is magnificient and we had the best three days of weather. Went to the Tulip Farm and it was awesome. The morning sunrised was unbelievable from the master bedroom suite. Has a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

“This cabin was a great winter getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful view and spending time out on the beach. The ferry dock is super easy to get to and if you don’t mind the hill even walking into town for coffee was easy to do. ”

“I don't like to give negative reviews but this was the worst experience in vacation rentals I have ever had. The house was filthy! The mattresses were moldy, the kitchen didn't have hardly any dishes (2 plates for a house the can sleep 20). The treehouse floor fell through on one of our children. Luckily he was not injured. Communication was ok until we told them all of the problems then it was crickets! Not a word from the owner to me or VRBO. This house is not fit for guests. But with alot……
