"In general, it is good. However, the sound insulation is not good. Every step upstairs can be heard clearly. Car noise at parking lot can be heard inside the room."

Great place for a large group to hang out
"We were in town for my neice's bat mitzvah and washed a house with space for all of the or of town guests to hang out. The house was perfect. My only complaint was a lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms and barely enough toilet paper for a group of 8 people"

"The house was perfect for our family Christmas weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the Rogue River, beautiful!
