“I chose this property because of how close it is to the JW Marriott. This space is bigger and less expensive than staying at the resort. Would stay again!”

“What a wonderfully toddler friendly home. This home was equipped with toys, plates, utensils, bibs, a high chair, crib, and even a push toy for my crawling baby. It was very functional and clean for our short stay. I realized that even decorations were minimal which means I didn’t have to constantly tell my children to stop touching. ”

“I stayed at Ruth’s villa for the month of March. The condo is very cute and super clean. The kitchen and bathroom are completely updated and I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked both were with basic supplies that I thought I would have to go out and buy. The neighborhood is very quiet. Even so the villa is set back from the road and overlooks a nice grassy area. I called Ruth a few times with questions and she responded immediately each time. ”

“We purposely were looking for a place to stay in Green Valley to check out the area for possible retirement. The house was perfect for our needs. Loved the front and back patios where you could see wildlife at times. Had a minor issue with one of the appliances and the owner immediately got someone over to fix it. He was very responsive to Any questions we had. The neighbors were all so friendly. The pool and activities were so close and we took advantage of that! Would Definitely stay again!”
