Didn’t like the deep jacuzzi tub. Even with grab bars, it was hard for senior citizens to get in and out. No bath mat or gripper stickers on bathtub floor. Prices at restaurant too high…$21.95 for buffet breakfast. Pizza place not that great either. The heat/ air conditioner unit in room was as loud as a remote control car.

The property looked nice from the photos, but the room was dirty. The floors were dirty, dusty and had dead bugs. The ceiling had cob/spider webs. Under the bed was thick dust and 2 pair of shoes left there. The bed itself was clean.

When greeted by the receptionist was neither kind or mean. Just checked in no additional information given. Had to go ask again for Wi-Fi password and if breakfast was included as advertised. Breakfast was not currently being serviced. Other than that stay was great, a place to shower and rest. Walls were thin could hear other people upstairs getting ready and talking.

This property is close to entrance to Sequoia National Park. Very convenient to stay overnight and get an early start to the NP. The place is spacious.. but the rooms were average. The chairs were outdated and not great to sit on.. But good value and basic amenities provided.

Nos hospedamos una noche durante nuestra visita a Sequoia y la experiencia no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Desde el check-in, la atención fue poco cordial, especialmente por parte de la mujer de origen hindú que estaba en recepción. Su actitud no fue amable ni resolutiva. Durante la estancia, nos encontramos con varios inconvenientes: no había señal de celular ni servicio de Wi-Fi, lo cual complica mucho cualquier necesidad de comunicación básica, pedimos solución pero no la hubo. Además, la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada, aunque no la reportamos ya que solo estuvimos una noche. Por una tarifa cercana a los 200 USD por noche, esperábamos un mejor nivel de servicio y atención a los detalles.
