The nearby lake, playground and community lodge were all great, well maintained, and everyone was very friendly. The only issues were with the roads in the area - many were not in the best shape, and having to drive out of the gate and back in to drop off trash. Neither is the fault of the renter. “The house had everything we needed for our family of 5 to be comfortable and was in a great spot with a beautiful yard to chill at the house or go hike nearby. It smelled a bit musty and we needed to take allergy meds for our dust/mold allergies BUT we loved the spot so much we didn’t care. We didn’t expect it to be new and perfect so that was fine, it was accurate to the listing. ”
