As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

Got double billed then room card only works once front desk gave out cards to call manager Christopher Payne and both lines are conveniently out of service...... This place is not what is advertised. It smells. We were supposed to have a room to sleep 4, we got a king bed and a pull out couch with no mattress. The TV was already on and couldn’t be turned off unless unplugged. It’s dirty, old, and smells. Don’t stay there.

Pretty sure I got a respiratory infection staying here. Rooms smell awful, aircon was nasty, stained, dirty, bugs flying around my room, don’t think my sheets were even changed before I got there, elevator doesn’t work, broken glass at front entrance. I have never wanted to leave a hotel that much before. Checked out at 5am just to get out of there, and they have the nerve to collect a 150$ deposit.

the building was dirty and smelled awful. did not come close to what was represented online. Wyndham should shut the place down and do a complete reno. Elevators didn't work, front desk staff said to try and park in front because it was dangerous in the back parking lot. towell rack fell off the wall when i tried to hang my towel. Dirt and dust in every corner of the room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

The room was updated and clean but the bathroom was needing tlc . The tub was old with stains needing crout repair. The breakfast had very limited offers. We checked in at 4pm and had to wait one hour for our room. The staff were polite and apologized.
