As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

Aucune serviette ou la piscine ni savon et il demande de de laver avant de se baigner j’ai dû retourner à ma chambre pour le tout! Déjeuner manquait de tout frigo vide café non fonctionnel. Toilette faut tenir la clanche pour qu’elle s’évacue correctement et pas de pression dans la douche. Pour le Check out le système est planté le commis a voulu m’expliquer mais vue que je ne comprenais pas j’ai dit que je parlais français j’ai sorti mon cellulaire pour traduire et il m’a fait ok avec les pouces en l’air pour que je parte poliment. Quand j’ai traversé les portes il a dit « bonjour » en français à un autre client!

The room was just “OK” the bed skirting was filthy, the continental breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast, 3 night stay our bed was made once, not new sheets, our towels were restocked once, had to go down to front desk to get towels,they were only restocked once and the bed made I think because I tossed the towels out into the hall, the tv was not working properly all the time, elevator was out of service and the only good thing was no bugs

When I entered my room, it smelt like somebody had thrown up in there. When I talked to the front desk, they said there was not another room available and that they would have somebody spray freshener in the room. They did and it did smell better but what I learned once I opened the toilet seat is that somebody had taken a poo in my room as the faeces had not totally flushed down the toilet. I asked for another room, but it was totally full and booked. My room was an adjoining room. I could hear the gentleman in the other room coughing as if I was sleeping with him. I did not sleep. then at 1:30 in the morning people came in from a bar and were very loud. I did not sleep until about 3 am. then at 7 o’clock in the morning, it was so loud with people leaving. Terrible room. So noisy, horrible!

When you first get in, windows beside the door are broken and tapped with duck tape. Elevators are broken. In the room, One of the blanket on the bed has a dirty dry spot on it, the office chair has brown dirty spot all over. I have 2 black flies in the room...very disappointed. Around the building is old and not well maintained! This room is not worth 185$ like I paid for!!! This is disappointing!

The bathroom was very outdated and no space to put toiletries. The bathtub was tiny and the enamel was chipping off. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly. The room smelled of smoke and wet dog and the carpets were dirty. The double beds were tolerable.

L’accueil était froid et peu sympathique. On m’a fait attendre parce qu’une personne voulait accéder à la cuisine. La réceptionniste était seule. La salle de bains est dans un très mauvais état. Pas de lotion pour le corps. Juste une barre de savon. Des serviettes minces. La chambre était surchauffée alors qu’il a fait 27 degrés dans la journée. La chambre est exigue, brune et d’apparence peu propre. Bref, nous ne reviendrons plus.

For the price the room is very good. No restaurant. Free breakfast was VERY limited. Outside the property is rundown. No place to sit outside. Staff was very friendly.
