As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

When we choose to stay at a budget hotel, we know what we are getting: small room, older facility, needing some renovation. No surprises at this hotel. But, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff where very helpful, professional and kind. On the down side, the walls and doors a so thin, it was easy to hear other guests clomping around, talking, much of the night. It was hard to get the room warmed up; a second blanket would have been good to have in the room. Breakfast was typical; all we needed was juice, a piece of fruit, and coffee. This was all provided. If you just need a place to sleep and are budget conscious, this hotel is adequate.

We booked because of location and breakfast. No effort was made to provide. Coffee and muffins could have been positioned at front desk. There was a sign on the breakfast door saying sorry for inconvenience there will be no breakfast. That sign was not there when we checked in. The rooms were adequate. Will give Wyndham properties a miss going forward. Not our first disappointment.

Very run down property. First room the phone and TV did not work. The tub was filthy with rust stains, mold, and mildew in the grout. We requested and were moved to another room but was worse. Same filthy bathroom. Coffee condiments had been opened, used and not replaced. Bathroom window was not sealed and was freezing cold. Smoking by other guests in the hallways permeated our room. Noisy guests next door til 2:45 AM. We felt sorry for the desk clerk who tried his best to accommodate.
