As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks.

I was charged an extra $150 deposit on my credit card, only refunded after 5 days. If I don’t get my refund, I have to call my provider. No other hotel I stayed with on this trip did that. Breakfast room had chairs and tables for 10 people. Breakfast was terrible.

The hotel is "okay". We only stayed here for one night. Pro: parking is plenty and the hotel is near to restaurants and to shopping plazas. Con: The front desk staff on that day was somewhat busy on his phone, while we waited to be checked-in - sounded like a personal call to me. Certain things in the room just needs to be updated - bathroom fixtures and to have more easily accessible thermostat (i.e. not being under a table). Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay and they do provide free continental breakfast.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was filthy…mold on bathroom tiles and caulking…brown spots on ceiling from lack of cleaning..bugs on the wall and picture frame. The air conditioning was tucked under a table. My wife had to crawl on her hands and knees to get under the table to get to the controls. When it kicked in it sounded like a garbage disposal and she had to crawl under again and turn it off. When I told the front desk about the issues he just smiled and had a little chuckle. It was like they have heard it before and really didn’t care. Save your money and sanity..stay somewhere else..and no I would never recommend this place.

The room was clean and cozy. Hotel staff were amazing and friendly. The only let down for me was the breakfast option they have. Its very limited that the only hot item was the coffee and boiled egg. I was lucky enough to get a chocolate muffin with my coffee as those were limited as well (only 3 pieces). Luckily, there was a Robins Donuts across the street and Boston Pizza next to it.

The property is old. The bathroom had a tub that may have been painted or coated and it was peeling. The neighbour showered at the same time I did and I lost all hot water. The breakfast room is tiny and the offerings were not appetizing. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Shower full of black curly hair, soap and box on the ledge in shower, toilet plugged. We requested the toilet be dealt with while we left for supper- came back to a plunger left in the bathroom, but plug up not fixed. Thin blanket and sheets on bed- no extra provided. No mattress pad. Shredded curtains. Disgusting and dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Staff were rude, completely ignores you as you come and go. Grout in shower was cracked and moldy. No water pressure. FREEZING COLD. Window in shower let cold or in. Heater doesn't work. Someone smoking pot down the hall. Three lumpy pillows for a king bed and a thin blanket. Spend the extra money and stay anywhere else!

The toilet seat was stripping and discolored. The toilet was real low. The entire building smells like smoke. Needed ice and there is no ice machine. However thete is ice bucket in the room. The mattress is all stained and holes in the blanket. The light switches are filthy, had to wipe them, before i touched them. The television is old. No cp24 channel. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was basic. Just bagels and cereal.
