“My wife and I spent 3 nights for her birthday and loved it! She loved the white lights on the porch and sitting on the swing in the evening. We both enjoyed meeting the animals around the property. “The cabin was tidy when we arrived, smaller than expected but ok. The cabin felt outdated but still functional. Area was great, very secluded with just the 3 cabins so nice and peaceful. “This is a beautiful old home with period decorations and furnishings in the living areas and updated kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the Christmas decorations (outside and inside).We were in town for a funeral and this was a great home away from home with plenty of separate gathering areas. 2 living rooms, dining room, kitchen in addition to the 5 bedrooms. ”

“If you’re looking for a modern, luxurious, secluded location this is not for you. But if you are looking for a rustic farmhouse reminiscent of your grandparents or great grandparents and within walking distance of Main St, this place will work. Keep in mind it is a 1930’s house with a lot of the original “charm”. We loved it and plan to stay again.”
