“The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.”

“I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total……

Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst.”

“We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable.”

“The resort is situated in natural habitat. The ambience is good. You can alway hear the pleasant sound of cricket and the stream. The cottages and facilities seems to be old not well maintained. The buffet is fine. But they are very reluctant to provide room service. Hence if you have difficulty in walking or on wheel chair or with small babies avoid this place. “It was an extremely disappointing stay. We were 3 families stayed around the new year. Firstly, the property is in a very isolated place and getting there is incredibly hard..for last 1km stretch leading upto the property , there is no road at all and only one vehicle can pass through .if in the opposite direction , another vehicle is coming through , one of them have to take a reverse and reach the starting point ..terrible Food..breakfast had very limited options and not exciting at all for……

“Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them”

“Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. ”
