“Good place to stay ”

“It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response……

“住的不错 前台的Iris 和 Ethan 很热情招待。知道我第二天的商务活动比较晚，特别同意我可以在12点后才退房，第一同意之后，当我很难为情的提出希望更晚点时，Iris也帮我申请做到了。非常感谢，一次不错的体验。 ”

“西四環，五棵松地鐵站走路要15-20分鐘。冬天寒風刺骨，如果還有行李搭地鐵是沒有電梯要徒手搬行李上下；不推薦。 酒店旁是重點醫學中心與醫院，文化不同與需求吧 ! 附近街上很少餐廳，倒是很多賣探病用的果籃以及往生用品店。只是旅人，予以尊重。”

“It’s a holiday inn so you know what you’re getting. The room wasn’t so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners. My issue is they were doing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked. One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff. Was insanely dusty and dirty because of construction. Should really have been mentioned before any……

“The bed is very old, mattress make noise when turning. Cannot sleep.”

“Nice stay … bought the breakfast buffet but disappointing food quality and services… tables were failed to be cleaned up efficiently.”

“東横インのような感じのビジネスホテルです。 親切でした。 地図ではホテルが莲宝路と莲宝東路の交差点にあるように表示されますが、そこにはスーパーがあります。実際にホテルがあるのはひとつ西側の莲宝中路です。 ホテルの南800mには銀座和諧というショッピングモールがあります。 最寄り駅は南に1.3kmの六里橋駅でB2出入口です。 2025年1月時点でホテルから北京西駅までのタクシー代は13元。 北京首都空港までのタクシー代は164元で所要時間は約45分でした。”

“The hotel's communal spaces and lobby offer expansive areas for guests to comfortably relax and move about. While some decorative elements show signs of age, the overall architectural design by the renowned firm is quite admirable. Their vision has created a distinctive aesthetic and layout. We had intended to visit the ginkgo trees in a nearby garden. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful courtyards within the hotel containing lovely landscaping.
