“The property is beautiful and relaxing! The only thing we wish is that there had been some sort of window coverings in the livingroom area. The document you sign states you cannot adjust the AC which we didnt but the windows do let in quite a bit of heat in the morning hours. And there is no privacy after dark.”

“Beautiful, quiet, 3 bedroom condo in walkable neighborhood. Good location for exploring the Fort Meyer’s/Cape Coral area by car. Everything you need for the beach. Only downside is you need a car to get to beach locations. ”

“This was a great beach front condo on a beautiful quiet beach with gorgeous sunsets right from the balcony. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable beds etc. The beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella were all greatly appreciated. The management team was all very kind and easily reached when needed. Highly recommend this property and management company. Thank you for great memories!”

“We had a great time. Fort myers beach needs the tourism. The perk is everything is brand new. They are reclaiming sand on the beach still so the water was like a cream of wheat mixture. Condo was great. We would stay there again. ”

“We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. A neighbor said they had been collected and moved to a safer place because of the waterline there. The kitchen has every appliance you could want and it's all brand new too! Only issue was that I……

“The unit was great! Very clean and well maintained. There were beach chairs available for our use along with an umbrella. All of the other guests were pleasant. There is still a lot of FMB that is rebuilding so it’s a pretty calm area as of now. The host was extremely responsive on all of our requests. ”

“Beautiful views and very quiet and relaxing. Be sure to read the posted message on the balcony slider regarding leaving lights on in the evening and blinds and shades open. During a certain time of the year baby sea turtles hatch in the sand near the ocean and can be attracted away from their intended destination which is the ocean. Pretty hefty fines if you don’t follow those rules.”
