“I've been spending our annual "family" week throughout the Adirondack Park every year for the past decade. This particularly stay was enhanced by a well organized and efficiently designed cabin with extremely comfortable accommodations.The modern bathrooms (3 full and a 4th half bathroom) were a plus for our family of 8. The exterior recreation area was no exception, with kayaks, canoe, dock, fire pit, picnic table and seating all in a close-knit outdoor area with multiple levels. Beautiful……

“Quick get away for Husbands birthday. Very quiet with relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. Wished we had longer to stay. Easy drive to do activities in the area and return to this private beautiful home. The view were beautiful from the deck.”

“Perfect place to stay, wonderful 2 bedroom cabin with a warm fire. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in, or good restaurants near by in Chestertown. Close to Gore Mountain and Loon Lake. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend! ”

“Convenient location. We went skiing to Gore. VRBO listed the property as being located 8 miles from the resort. Not accurate. It turned out to be significantly more. The bedroom was nice and cozy. It took a long time to heat the rooms since it was dead cold when we arrived. Very nice owners. We were able to check in early. Overall we were not impressed but not disappointed either.”

“I was in the area for the 250th anniversary of the Green Mountain Boys' assault on Fort Ticonderoga and stayed for two nights at "Camp Howard".I had the best time, it's a really cute yet very spacious cottage, remote and yet easily accessible along a private road.It was truly refreshing to not have cell service, it took me a few hours before I truly relaxed.There is a river down below the back of the cottage and I fell asleep at night hearing the noise of the water.Great property in a wonderful……

“We were a group of 4 families (14 people) staying at the cabin, and overall enjoyed our stay- but wanted to give a heads up about a few things:While the ad offers room for up to 18 guests, 2 of the 14 people had to sleep on the floor as there weren’t enough beds for 14 (let alone 18). There is a futon in one of the game rooms- but as noted, they are really garages, and never heated up enough in February to be able to sleep in.
