“The hotel is clean and comfortable and although there were some hiccups here and there, the staff was very friendly, fast, efficient and full of empathy when we voiced out for help multiple times regardless of the time. They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future! ”

“Loved that the area does not have so many people and it is so convenient to get to the beach. The swinging chairs outside the beach were so cozy especially when the tide was high at night and we could not go into the beach. The splash of waters over the walls were exciting to watch at night. Room a little small and nighttime dinner celebrations a little loud, interrupting rest time. Food was very delicious and it was beautiful to overlook the beach during breakfast.”

“服务员的整体是不错的，只是碰巧遇到烟霾的天气。只有用餐的地板肮脏，还有地理位置有点里面，晚上告示牌不多，如果有更多的路牌会更好。整体的酒店是蛮不错的，住到很舒服，酒店也很大，房间和厕所很舒适，泳池也不错，好评，早餐值得推荐！”

“Super comfortable and clean place. Less than 3 mins drive to shops and good restaurants. ”

“The location is far from beach which need 15 minutes drive to beach but it's nearby main road to find food so you don't need to worry midnight craving for food. The towels were smelly so better bring your own towel. Overall is house is big enough to cater a big family and relative but not suitable for small family like 3 - 5 person.”
