“All really great, and we will return! However they need to hang the clock above the bed more securely - a thumbtack is not enough for that heavy and large time piece. Though it did not fall on us, I took it down to pull the battery and it was about to fall. Also quick adjustment to the front door would be helpful to neighbors - it is loud trying to shut from outside. These fixes will make it perfect!”

“This condo has breathtaking views, is a stones throw from Rogue Brewery and crab docks, and is next to a beautiful, flat, paved 1/2mile path to the beach! It is so close to everything we love about Newport, primarily Nye Beach and the historic downtown area on the bay.The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for toiletries and cooking. There were ample dishes, glassware (including wine and cocktail glassware) and cookware. There was no syran wrap, foil or ziplocks but……

“This place was great. Walked to beach and Nye Beach restaurants, great location. Our dog loved the morning walks. Only comment for owners is that the stove top burners smelled quite bad when heated. Otherwise the place was clean and had a good set of kitchen utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Cute place. I had no idea I would have to climb up so many stairs to get there. I probably would have kept looking for a ground floor place to rent. But I managed one step at a time. The kitchen faucet is not attached so water sprays and the faucet pops off when you turn the water on! Lamp by the couch is very hard to plug in so I didn’t. Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much ”

“This was our first and hopefully not our last visit to Puma Point. The condo, although situated over the garage of the main house, was a private getaway for us. The hosts were available to offer assistance as needed, but were very unobtrusive. We found the condo to be immaculate and welcoming, with a well equipped kitchen and the living space was comfortable and cozy. The views of the river, bridge and ocean are stunning, and the overall location was great for day trips & exploring the……

“The condo had a lovely view of the ocean, nice finishes and was clean. However, we were disappointed in the rest. We booked it based upon the 'luxury oceanfront' marketing. All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. Not conducive to enjoying the views, blocking out light while sleeping or privacy. The fireplace did not ignite/work. The pillows, sheets, bedding, towels were very……

“This unit had everything we needed for a weekend stay and is close to so many shops and stores. The view was great and the weather cooperated for us! We'd love to come back!”

“Great location near Nye Beach access, the shops and restaurants. The three bedrooms worked well for two elderly couples and our 2 grand children. Both had nice views of the coastline. We loved the balcony as well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and equipment. Our only complaint was lack of cable TV. It was difficult or nearly impossible to get network television with "the game". Luckily we brought our laptop and and could stream the game that way. Would stay here again.”
