“Hotel is very new, good design and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the air conditioning in my room seems not work well, only wind blows out and no cool air, a bit warm in the room. Over all is very good.”

“Returning customer as i like this hotel and convenient for my purposes. However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit.”

“Peaceful Family Stay in Nature We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life.
