“Everything here was great from start to finish. Easy check-in and check-out and the owners were super flexible and accommodating! The house itself was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds, enough space for all of us and the pool was the best! Plus you’re right on Pine with all the shops and restaurants and super close to just hop right over to the beach. Will definitely be staying again!”

“We enjoyed our stay during Saint Pete Pride! It was only 14-18mins walk to the Park. 8 minute drive to the Central District which made the Uber cheap. Nearby shops and restaurants also walking distance. Our beds were super comfortable, with enough pillows and towels. Super clean place, will definitely try to book again for next year's pride. Thank you!”

“Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain……

“What a true delight it was to stay in this cottage bedroom. The owners were very attentive to the little things that came up. My only wish would have been for a writing desk, but there is no room for that. When I asked for a tv tray, they provided a 12x12 side table, so that helped.I would be happy to stay with these hosts again, as the bed was comfy with great linens not to mention the little extras that make the guest’s stay easy. Please consider Casa Tropicana… perfect for one or two……

“Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. “House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”

“Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house……

"This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again."
