“We went down as a family for Mother’s Day. Very short trip to the beaches from the property. House was clean, very roomy for our family and my in laws, the backyard is also pretty large and fenced in so it is great if you are bringing kids. Beautiful outdoor furniture. “We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach ( few hundred feet) I do recommend bringing your own toilettes as a very small amount is provided. It would be nice to get more than one days worth on trash bags and soap but not really something to complain about as long as you know and……

“The property was in great condition and very clean and maintained. We had tons of space and almost everything we needed. The cooking utensils were random and the knives needed sharpening, but we managed fine!The beds were comfortable and I was so pleased that there was everything there to do laundry as needed.
