“Nice place to stay”

“Stayed here for a family Christmas party we had in Rapid. The house work perfect for us. Very nice clean roomy house.”

“The barn proved to be exactly as promised. Simplistic with all the modern necessities. It was quiet, with beautiful views of country living. We watched deer and turkeys in the yard grazing. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets and comfy pillows. We would gladly book another stay here.”

“When we booked this property we were under the impression it was an entire house as stated in the listing. When we arrived it was a basement apartment. The first few days there was a lot of noise from the upstairs family and kids. If I knew this was a basement apartment I wouldn't have booked this location for my family.”

“We had a group of younger gentleman traveling to Rapid City for a bachelor party. I found this gem, for them! Working with the property owners was wonderful, they were very accommodating and helpful and the boys loved the home! It was perfect & memories were made! 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“We visit the BH often and have selected different locations throughout the region. This was a short trip for a long weekend so we wanted to be closer to RC for convenience. We couldn't ask more for the property, it's cozy, easy to get to anything we needed in RC and beyond. Being in late December the hosts were kind enough to have the fireplace going for us upon arrival too. This will be one of our primary go-to spots again and again.”

“The owner reached out from the moment we booked the home, until we left, to be sure any questions were answered. The home was clean and in a very quiet part of town in an culd-de-sac. The neighborhood felt very safe to take morning or evening walks. The home is a four-plex but very sound, so don’t worry about hearing the neighbors. It was close to a gas station and not far from two grocery stores which is very convenient. Overall an amazing host and a great home! Will be back!”

“This house was perfect! We didn’t need to use all the rooms, it was just two of us, but each room was beautifully decorated. Hot tub was perfect and the pool table added some fun! ”
