“The option to ski in and out of this location was perfect. The residence was quiet. Staff was frindly and helpful. The lobby could use an upgrade of its furniture. It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. Bring soap, condiments, toilet paper, tea and coffee as these are not supplied. We had a minor issue with the fuse in our apartment but the……

“Tres jolie coin , superbe vue sur le lac et la vallée, tout les commerces et restaurants at proximité, gérant très gentils et plein de bonne infos.”

We were a family of five and the accommodation served its purpose. It was close to the kids ski schools. The bath / shower water was very temperamental. “The property is conveniently located near the car park and the val claret centre ski slopes and we could almost ski to door in the afternoons. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped if you want to cook. There are panoramic views of the mountains and le lac. We were very warm during our stay.We have teenage children and the top bunk bed was ok but would caution against that this is not suitable for younger children as was flagged by the owners to us.The apartment would benefit from a……

Excellent modern hotel with impeccable service

"This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Le Lac looking for a well pampered ski holiday. "
