Nice hotel but no ac (just a fan) and no elevators. We walked up and down a maze of stairs to find our room. It was actually fun for me but I did not have a lot of luggage. Place is nice. Pool was kind of dirty. No beach access- just scary rocks. But it is pretty.

No WiFi in the room and told by staff “it is what it is”. Cleanliness is not the best and the pools are not only small, they’re also murky. Restrooms have no ventilation, so, unless you shower with the restroom door wide open, the restroom are sticky, extremely humid, and gross, when you come out of the shower.

The indoor heated pool was always very full, likely because it’s quite small for the number of guests at the resort. I was never able to use it, and the water looked dirty, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the morning buffet was good, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable — especially for families with kids. The night show was fun, but it was very crowded, and we had a hard time finding a table. They also mentioned offering fast passes for border crossing, but when I tried to purchase one, they were out and told me to go to another hotel to get it which didn’t make much sense. That said, the staff were very nice and friendly, which made the overall experience more pleasant and we did feel very secure. I also walked to Puerto Nuevo and an outdoor bar nearby — both were within walking distance and added to the experience.

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel, i will not be coming back at all. The only good thing about this place was the pool and that was just okay not completely clean. The room we received was right next to the bar area and it was extremely noisy couldnt sleep at all through out the night because of the karaoke show they had that lasted way too long ! The reception area should warn that those rooms will be super noisy due to being next to the bar area, very upsetting couldnt enjoy the this stay. And they cpuldnt even switch our room ,the front desk was not helpful at all. The food and drinks were not good at all either so dont waste your money. The room had no AC and it was very stuffy and they provided a fan to connect BUT that room had NO available outlets only outlet was for the tv , how does that make sense!!! And the restroom had no towels ,we had to call for them to provide towels for the hands and to shower- this should be automatically ready in the room and the beds were soo hard and stiff after one night, we woke up with backaches. We reserved for 2 nights but we ended up leaving on the second night, didnt want to sleep there thats how unhappy we were with this place.

the sink had only hat water, I burned my hand I mentioned to the front desk, I was inform that they will send somebody wail I was outside and they didn't, I use the water and I burned myself for a second time, I complained to the front desk and then they send somebody after they saw may hand.

El lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí. La primera ocasión fue en una habitación sencilla y esta última ocasión dentro de una villa. En general todo muy bien, la vista el ambiente, tranquilidad para estar con la familia. Solo hay un detalle y es con las toallas, si van muchas personas o pretenden utilizar varias veces la alberca les sugiero ir preparados con sus propias toallas, estuvimos solicitando toallas y desafortunadamente no llegaron. También si van a las albercas ahi pueden rentarlas dejando un depósito en efectivo de 200 por toalla. En nuestro caso nos hospedamos 10 personas y fue complicado estar preparados con 1,000 en efectivo. Solicitamos toallas en 3 ocasiones a recepción y solo el primer dia llegaron, el resto no. En general la estancia muy buena, solo este detalle de las toallas que tampoco daña la experiencia en su totalidad

Property maintenance very well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Front desk check in staff allowed for an easy check in/out. Security guards on site and at entrance were very friendly and welcoming. Waiters at the hotel restaurant were extremely polite and attentive to our needs.

Nuestra estancia fue de solo tres días, estuvimos entre semana y estuvo muy tranquilo, disfrutamos mucho la vista al mar, los juegos infantiles es un plus ya que en familia los niños pueden disfrutar, en general la atención es buena, el personal es amable y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa, la comida es regular pero el servicio en el restaurante es muy bueno, en general recomiendo ampliamente la estancia en el hotel.

Loved that it had a covered pool. It was a litle windy and that option allowed for kids to stay until 9 pm in the pool.
