To maintain harmony within our community and avoid fines or disruptions, please review and follow these guidelines:

• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests
• Only registered guests are allowed in the building
• No visitors permitted at any time
• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• All guests must be registered with full names and ID prior to arrival
• Visitors are strictly prohibited—entry is limited to registered guests only
• Fines apply for unregistered guests, noise complaints, or rule violations. These are enforced by the condo administration, not the host
