“Although we only stayed one night, the place was perfect for our stay. It's located a few blocks south of the busy part of Av. Revolucion, so it's quiet but very close to the action. The building is only a few years old, and it's got off-street parking and a 24-hour guard. The room was super clean and very bright, but it has blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. There's also a full-size washer, dryer and refrigerator. ”

“The condo is very clean and spacious. All the amenities are included and I felt at home with a full kitchen. Really liked the safety feeling that the gated community provides. Only two beds total, we were five people, so the fifth had to sleep on sofa. The sectional was not tied together and it would separate while sleeping and watching tv as a family. Also, the master bedroom is connected to the living room, so noise in that room is inevitable.”

This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable……
